Pillartech Europe is a B2B company active in the distribution, installation and servicing of industrial induction cap sealing machines for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries. We operate exclusively in a business-to-business context and do not target consumers.

6. International data transfers
Two of our processors (Google LLC and Base44 Inc.) are based in the United States. The transfer of personal data to the US is safeguarded via:
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) — for Google LLC (Analytics). Google is certified under the DPF, approved by the European Commission.
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — for Base44 Inc. as an additional safeguard for hosting.
We monitor the validity of these mechanisms. If the DPF is revised in the future, we will take the necessary steps to ensure the lawfulness of the transfer.
